CFB celebrated Power of Community Week the last week of April!

A Wisconsin Bankers Association initiative, Power of Community Week is a time to celebrate our commitment to our communities we serve. Each branch held their own activities, and here's a glimpse at a few of them!

CFB Boscobel:

  • Food Drive for the Northern Grant County Food Pantry
  • Roadside Cleanup
  • Subway Platter bought for the Postal Office Workers
  • Ice Cream Sundays for the residents at Boscobel Care & Rehab

CFB Livingston:

  • Cleaned Main St (Penny helped!)
  • Supported the Iowa County Cancer Coalition by getting custard from Culver's
  • Roadside cleanup
  • Fundraising for the Iowa County and Grant County Humane Societies

CFB Baraboo:

  • Random act of kindness
  • Shopping for items to donate to the Baraboo Homeless Shelter
  • Roadside cleanup
  • Coffee and muffins to the Baraboo Administration Building and Police Department

CFB Prairie du Chien:

  • Dog Park Donation
  • "Scatter Seeds of Kindness" --handed out packets of various flower seeds!
  • Coulee Cap Inc. Bargain Boutique and Food Pantry - Donation of food/toiletry items
  • Ice Cream Sundae "kits" for the Prairie Maison residents

CFB Richland Center:

  • Random Act of Kindness
  • Donation to Passages of supplies collected from staff and $150
  • Treats for County & City Police Officers
  • Bird feeder and gifts to residents of nursing home

CFB Platteville:

  • Visited Main Street businesses with Penny
  • Helped Driftless Market clean up the PCA (Platteville Community Arboretum) trail
  • Helped the Platteville Reginal Chamber clean up Katie’s Garden
  • Attended the Platteville Main Street Awards
